Teagan Rutz Selected to Participate in MBU Institute for Leadership

Teagan Rutz has been selected to participate in the Missouri Baptist University Institute for Leadership in the program's inaugural year. Rutz is a junior from Mountain Grove, Mo., who is majoring in biology.

The MBU Institute for Leadership offers students a chance to improve their leadership skills, hear from successful leaders in the St. Louis community, receive mentorship from a faculty or staff member, and learn about their personal leadership style and strengths. The program requires students to complete 100 service hours, a mission trip, and a community service project. After all hours are completed, students will receive recognition on their transcript and be recognized at the Outstanding Students of Achievement ceremony.
