Suheir Shalabi of St. Louis, Mo., Represents Missouri Baptist University at Regional Enactus Competition

Suheir Shalabi traveled to Chicago with a team of Missouri Baptist University students to participate in the regional Enactus competition this month. Shalabi is a freshman from St. Louis, Mo., who is majoring in information technology.

Enactus is a non-profit organization, previously named Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), that provides college students an opportunity to make a difference and develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills through learning, practicing and teaching the principles of free enterprise. Enactus students at MBU completed hands-on entrepreneurial and service projects throughout the academic year and then presented their projects to corporate sponsors who served as judges at the competition.

Missouri Baptist University is a Christ-centered university located in Saint Louis.
