Kelly Barns Represents Missouri Baptist University at the Illinois State Sport Management Symposium

Kelly Barns was selected by faculty in the Health and Sport Sciences Division at Missouri Baptist University to attend the third annual Illinois State Sport Management Symposium in Bloomington, Ill., on Feb. 8. Students had the opportunity to attend an internship fair and hear from several speakers in the sport management industry including Pat Williams, the senior vice president of the NBA's Orlando Magic.

Barns, one of 16 students chosen to represent MBU at the symposium, is a freshman from St. Clair, Mo., who is majoring in exercise science.

Missouri Baptist University is a Christ-centered university located in Saint Louis.
